Some things you can order off a page. A rollator you are going to lean on every day is not one of them, and neither is anything somebody is going to sit in all afternoon.

We are at 275 Halesowen Road, Old Hill, Cradley Heath, B64 6NP, Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm, Friday 9am to 4pm. Bring the person who is going to use it if you can.

Buying without VAT

If the equipment is for someone who is chronically sick or disabled and it is for their own personal or domestic use, it can be supplied without VAT being charged. You sign a short declaration when you order — there is nothing to claim back afterwards. Ask us before you order if you are not sure whether it applies.
